Last February 6, 2012 Antoni Tàpies died. He was born on December 13, 1923, festivity of Santa Lucía. I knew personally Tàpies, whom always I admired. One evening of 1998, when he was celebrating his 75 birthday, I registered a dialogue with him. Now I transcribe and translate the conversation from his original Catalan language. I present this document like posthumous honoring. The dialog took place in his home, which it was using as artist atelier, designed by the architect Coderch, and placed in the Saragossa street of Barcelona.
